Administrative Discharge Boards

Are you facing an Administrative discharge, Separation or ADSEP action? This process is totally unlike being terminated from any other job.  You've worked hard to make your military career a success, simply letting the discharge process take its course could end up in a wholesale waste of the time you spent building your career, the pension you've worked to earn, the benefits and distinction of honor you deserve for serving your country.  You've got some decisions to make.  Either you can let the process take its course . . . or you can FIGHT BACK to stay on active duty and finish your service honorably-or to at least make sure that any discharge characterization you receive is the best possible characterization under the circumstances.  Any characterization other than honorable can create huge downstream barriers inside or outside of the service.

We will handle administrative discharge boards including boards for misconduct, fitness failure, being mentally unfit for continued service, drug use, and homosexual conduct.

The process is never hopeless, and it is always worth fighting back to preserve all that you have earned.  You deserve an aggressive and experienced lawyer who understands the discharge process and knows how to get you the very best result.  Even if staying on active duty is not possible in your particular case, you should do everything you can to secure the best discharge characterization possible.  Anything less than honorable discharge can haunt you for the rest of your life.  You should do everything you can now to prevent this from happening.
